Weil wir uns kannten
Bin ich heut
Wie ich bin...
Willemijn Verkaik as Elphaba and Valerie Link as Glinda singing For Good (Wie ich bin), Germany
Willemijn is real Elphaba. She performed in the Germany, on the Broadway, now she is on the West End... Maybe someday I will have the chance to see her for live. Valerie is average Glinda. No. I cannot state of this, but I not really like her voice. I mean, she great singer and good actress (I saw her in Phantom of the Opera), but I prefer different sound of voice. Not too much squeaky like hers. Valerie's voice is a matter of taste.

No good deed
Will I do again!
Wow, that's "Fiyero"!
Emmy is the best Elphaba, she has perfect interpretation and really lovely voice!
Maybe some with you read Gregory Maguire's book and knows, that Elphaba had a very strong character and I really don't like when some actress singing very weak Defying Gravity or No Good Deed. Elphie should have terrible character for Wizard and Madame Morrible, be friendly for Glinda but she should be stubborn for her too. And of course, she should be loving for Fieyro. So, there are the reasons, for whom I hate Alison Luff's Elphaba.

Gina Beck as Glinda, Wicked, US Tour
Gina is the best Glinda I've ever seen. Her interpretation of this role is very similar to original Glinda in Gregory Maguire's book.
